Since the beginning of my career, I’ve been obsessed with finding ways to increase corporate productivity.

With each new project, I focused on gaining hands-on experience by systematically analysing where the disconnects were. I interviewed users and stakeholders to learn about their roles, responsibilities, and issues. I studied their ways of working and whether their solutions involved technology or not.

After finishing a few business organization consultations, I knew I needed to invest in learning and development. I wanted to expand my professional experience so I could help more companies successfully streamline their business and operational processes.

I found mentors to discuss different topics with. I enrolled in classes and webinars to keep on top of my craft and reverse-engineered case studies, both on my own and with a study buddy. I started reading blogs, buying books, and watching certain YouTube channels to learn and understand more.

All my research and study made me realize that I love constantly learning and growing. Because of that, I got the idea to start this blog to share my knowledge, help other professionals learn, and create an opportunity to meet like-minded people.

I love to learn and am anti-niche, which makes me your company’s secret weapon. I’ve worked with businesses from the Financial Services industry, utilities, media, manufacturing, and travel. Each one expanded my experience about business drivers and different domains like Human Resources, sales, recruitment, call centre servicing, etc.

Because I speak French and Italian, I’ve been lucky enough to work on projects internationally that were implemented ahead of deadlines, thanks to understanding the local culture and forming strong bonds.
